Frequently asked questions
What comes with every Chobe package?
Every Chobe package, fibre or wireless, includes a managed UniFi gateway, network monitoring, five business mailboxes and a free .co.bw domain. Guest Wi-Fi and a static IP are included from Chobe 50 upward.
What response times can I expect?
Response times improve with plan tier, from business-hours support on Chobe 20 down to a 2-hour response on Chobe 100 and above.
What are the contract terms?
Equipment remains Verbosec property and is bundled into the monthly price rather than rented separately, so faults are replaced free of charge. Early termination is charged at 50% of the remaining monthly fees. Relocating within the coverage area costs P599 incl. VAT. After the initial term, contracts continue month-to-month on 30 days' notice.
