Do I get fibre or wireless?
Wherever fibre is available at your address we'll connect you over fibre. Where it isn't yet, wireless delivered over BTC's tower network covers the same speed tiers at the same price.
What's included with the router?
Every Kalahari plan includes Wi-Fi 6 equipment. Kalahari 200 and above step up to a managed UniFi gateway, monitored on our side rather than left for you to configure.
What are the contract terms?
Equipment remains Verbosec property and is bundled into the monthly price rather than rented separately, so faults are replaced free of charge. Early termination is charged at 50% of the remaining monthly fees. Relocating within the coverage area costs P599 incl. VAT. After the initial term, contracts continue month-to-month on 30 days' notice.
