Frequently asked questions
What does "uncontended" mean?
Your bandwidth is reserved exclusively for your circuit rather than shared with other customers, so the speed you're paying for is the speed you get, even at peak times.
What happens above 100 Mbps?
From 200 Mbps up to 1 Gbps, Naledi is quoted individually after a site survey, since delivery depends on the route and infrastructure available at your location.
What are the contract terms?
Equipment remains Verbosec property and is bundled into the monthly price rather than rented separately, so faults are replaced free of charge. Early termination is charged at 50% of the remaining monthly fees. Relocating within the coverage area costs P599 incl. VAT. After the initial term, contracts continue month-to-month on 30 days' notice.
